The attached pdf document is an in depth article regarding network requirements that are needed when the gateway system is installed on a secure network. Please pass this along to the appropriate IT personnel if experiencing any errors or connection issues when trying to register your token in the gateway. In addition, please verify that your Default Gateway and DNS addresses are properly configured, as the gateway uses the Domain Name Service (DNS) protocol to establish connection to the Next Level Cloud Services servers.
Note: The information presented is only relevant if there is a firewall, web-proxy, or other network appliance blocking outbound traffic or ports. If you do not block outbound ports or network traffic, or the gateway is situated on a simple network with little to no restrictions, then this document probably does not apply to you.
